When your client is at the front desk and they’re cashing out, simply shake their hand and ask them, “Could you please tell your friends about me?” Always remember, customers come to you not just for a good men’s haircut. They also come to you because they like you. They’d be more than happy to help you out, and in most cases, even flattered to help send more business to your barbershop.
